摘要
以杭州经济技术开发区海绵城市重点建设区域实施方案为例,对海绵城市建设的若干问题进行了剖析,包括年径流控制率模型的概化详细程度以及不同时间步长的降雨资料对于对于径流控制结果的影响、在用地紧张的的公建类项目中如何设置生物滞留设施、地下空间利用较多的区域如何建设雨水利用设施、盐碱及粉砂土质下的低影响开发等。
Taking the implementation plan of sponge city of the key district work plan in in Hangzhou Economic Development Aear as an example, this paper analyzed some key points of sponge city construc- tion. These included generalized level of the annual runoff control rate model, effects of rainfall data at dif- ferent time intervals on runoff control results, how to set up bioretention facilities in land-intensive public construction project, how to build rainwater utilization facilities in areas where underground space is uti- lized fully, and LID under saline and silt soil conditions.
