摘要
PET技术是一种先进的临床检查影像技术,能为阿尔茨海默病(AD)的诊断研究提供更高的灵敏度和准确性;不同的AD分子影像探针能够提供不同的AD病理、生理信息。本文主要介绍葡萄糖代谢类、神经递质及神经受体类和神经病理学标志物类这3大类AD正电子分子影像探针。
As an advanced imaging technology, PET provides high sensitivity and accuracy for the diagnostic research of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Various pathophysiological information of AD can be illus- trated by applying different molecular imaging probes. Three series of molecular imaging probes including glucose metabolism probes, neurotransmitter and neuroreceptor probes and neuropathological marker probes are introduced in this review.
