出版投融资与出版产业的转型升级

出版投融资对出版产业的转型升级有着重要影响,而当前,出版投融资活动存在着缺乏有效的管理体系、投融资创新不足、投融资结构不合理、投融资效益不佳等问题,严重阻碍着出版产业的转型发展。文章围绕以上问题,提出加强出版投融资的资源整合、创新投融资的模式、搭建投融资服务管理体系,以及与互联网金融对接提高出版投融资效率等建议,以推动出版产业转型升级。

The investment and financing of publishing have important influence on the reform of publishing industry. However, the current investment and financing activities lack effective managements and innovations, and also have irrational structure and low efficiency which obstruct the reform process. This paper focuses on these problems, and also puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve the reform of publishing industry.
