摘要 考察了芳香族磺酸分子结构对其抑制酸皮膨胀和渗透性能的影响,研究了基于萘磺酸浸酸的高pH值铬鞣方法。结果表明,芳磺酸与胶原侧链氨基所形成的离子键(-SO_3^-—^+NH_3-)的稳定性是决定其抑制酸肿性能的主要因素;苯环上有强供电子基团的芳香族磺酸及有强共轭效应的萘磺酸的抑制酸皮膨胀能力越强;相对分子质量较小且酸性较弱的芳香族磺酸有更好的渗透性。选择适当的芳磺酸浸酸,如2-萘磺酸,可以在较高pH值下进行铬鞣,实现无盐浸酸和高吸收铬鞣,并能改善皮革的性能。 The effects of the molecular structure of aromatic sulfonic acid on acidic-swelling inhibitionability and permeability were investigated. A high exhaustion chrome tanning technology athighinitial p H value based on aromatic sulfonic acidpicklingwas also researched. The results indicated that the swelling inhibition properties of aromatic sulfonic acids were primarily depended on the strength of the ionic bond of(-SO3^--+NH3-) between the sulfonic group and the side chain amino of collagen. The abilities of thearomatic sulfonic acids to prevent the pickled pelts from swelling could be significantly enhanced by thestrong electron-donating groups on the benzene ring and the stronger conjugative effects of naphthalene ring. The sulfonic acids with smaller molecular weight and weaker acidity had better permeability. What's more, a salt-free and high-exhaustion chrome tanning technology was developed through selecting the specific aromatic sulfonic acid(for example: 2-naphthalene sulfonic acid) in pickling and chrome tanning at high initial pH.
