摘要
通过采用防水透湿织物模拟皮肤制备"出汗假脚"用于模拟人脚出汗,建立了一种采用计算机进行精确控制和计量的成鞋热阻、湿阻测试方法。采用单鞋和运动鞋两种款式初步探讨了该方法的精密度,采用该方法对11种不同帮面、衬里和内垫材质组合的成鞋进行了热阻和湿阻测试。结果表明,重复7次测试条件下运动鞋湿阻和热阻的相对标准偏差分别为4.15%和7.85%,单鞋湿阻和热阻的相对标准偏差分别为2.38%和5.51%,方法的精密度较好;成鞋的湿阻和热阻与所用鞋材的湿阻和热阻密切相关,且鞋款对成鞋的湿阻和热阻影响较大。该方法适用于测试不同环境条件下不同类型成鞋的湿阻和热阻,具有较强的实用性。
A testing method for thermal resistance and moisture resistance of shoes was established by a home-made"artificial sweaty foot", which was made by waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics for simulating skin. Control and measurement of the method was done precisely via a computer. Precision of the method were studied preliminarily using nude shoes and sneakers separately. Eleven different shoes with different material combination of vamp, lining and insole were measured with the method, for the thermal resistance and moisture resistance. It was found that relative standard deviations of moisture resistance and thermal resistance of the sneaker in seven repeated measurements were 4.15% and7.85% separately, and relative standard deviations of moisture resistance and thermal resistance of the nude shoe in seven repeated measurements were 2.38% and 5.51%, separately, indicating good precision of the method. The moisture resistance and thermal resistance value of a shoe are closely related to the moisture resistance and thermal resistance value of the shoe materials, and models of shoes have a significant impact on the moisture resistance and thermal resistance value of a shoe. The method is suitable for measuring the moisture resistance and thermal resistance of various types of shoes on various environmental conditions, and has a strong applicability.
