摘要
[目的]了解医务人员自我效能感与职业倦怠的现状及关系,为提高医务人员的自我效能感、改善职业倦怠提出建议。[方法]通过自编问卷,对广东省250名医务人员进行基本状况、职业倦怠程度、自我效能感三方面内容进行调查研究,有效数据录入SPSS 20.0进行统计分析。[结果]广东省医务人员在职业倦怠各维度的中度及以上检出率均超过70%,其中高职业倦怠的比例为6.17%;自我效能感平均得分为(2.55±0.52)分,低于国际平均水平;医务人员的职业倦怠在不同工作时长、子女数量这2个方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),自我效能感在不同工作时长上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员职业倦怠的各个维度都与自我效能感显著相关。[结论]广东省医务人员职业倦怠程度较严重,自我效能感较低,两者之间存在着显著的相关关系。
Objective To know current situation and relationship between self - efficacy and occupation burnout of medical staff so as to provide suggestions for improving them. Methods It investigated basic information, the degree of occupation bumont and the sense of self - efficacy of 250 medical staffs in Guangdong province through self - edited questionnaire, valid data was put in SPSS2.0 for statistical analysis. Results The detection rate of each dimension's moderate and higher levels in occupation burnout was over 70%, the proportion of high occupation burnout was at 6. 17%. The average score of self- efficacy was (2. 55±0. 52), which was lower than international average. There was statistical sig- nificance in length of work and the number of children (P 〈 0.05 ) . There was statistical significance in self - efficacy ( P 〈 0.05 ) . It was significant correlation in each dimension of medical staff's occupation burnout and self - efficacy. Conclusions The occupation burnout degree of medical staffs in Guangdong province is serious, and self - efficacy is low, and there is a significant correlation between them.
