摘要 大学教师教学学术能力问题在我国高等教育质量提升的吁求中值得被格外关注。当前,大学创新教学在开展中出现诸多问题,其根本原因在于大学教师教学学术能力的不足。大学创新教学本质上是一种行动研究,同时行动研究也是提升大学教师教学学术能力的根本途径。只有进一步提升行动研究的规范性,走向合作,将成果纳入公共批评视野,关注学生体验,才能切实提升大学教师教学学术能力,进而推进大学创新教学的开展。 University faculty' s scholarship of teaching should be addressed during the quality improvement of higher education in China. At present, many problems arise during the practice of innovation teaching in universities. And the fundamental causes of these problems lie in faculty' s deficiency in scholarship of teaching. Innovation teaching is a kind of action research, which is the essential way to enhance facuhy' s scholarship of teaching. Only by improving the normalization of action research, moving forward to cooperation, incorporating the results into public criticism and paying attention to students' learning experience, can we effectively promote faculty' s scholarship of teaching and push on the development of innovation teaching in universities.
