美国高教认可制2.0版解析及启示

摘要 美国高教认可制(accreditation)的实施已有一百多年的历史,可谓目前世界范围内发展最为多元而且成熟的评估制度。它以民间力量为主,旨在对受认院校进行认证,从而保障和提升其教育教学以及科学研究的质量。文章梳理美高教认可制的历史缘由,对新的2.0版与其前身版本的内涵做出对比,并评析此新版认可制所存在的问题与其未来趋势,以期镜鉴于我国高等教育评估体制改革和进一步完善。 The implementation of accreditation system for higher education in the United States has lasted more than 100 years and it is the most diverse and mature assessment system in the world. It is mainly based on folk power, which aims at the certification of recognized institutions, so as to guarantee and enhance the quality of education, teaching and scientific research. This paper tries to comb the historical reasons of American higher education accreditation system and compare the connotation of the new version 2.0 witb that of its predecessor version, and analyze the problems existing in this new system and its future trend, in order to reform and further improve the assessment system of higher education in China.
