摘要 地方本科高校向应用型转型与教师向双师双能型转型是相互依存的关系。双师双能型教师转型依赖其专业身份的文化建构,从外在身份赋予到内在文化创生的专业身份建构中,双师双能型教师存在先赋性身份焦虑、结构性身份焦虑与建构性身份焦虑,打造具有工匠精神的专业文化、建构可以身份互塑的关系文化、形成能够转识成智的实践文化是双师双能型教师化解身份焦虑继而进行文化建构的关键。 The relationship between the transformation from local universities to applied universities and the transformation from single - qualification teachers to double - qualification and double - competency teachers is one of mutual interdependence. The trans- formation of double - qualification and double - competency teachers depends on the cultural construction of their professional identity. The construction of their professional identity contains two aspects, the exterior bestowing identity and the internal culture generation. There exist three kinds of anxiety, such as the instinct identity anxiety, structural identity anxiety and constructive identity anxiety a- mong double - qualification and double - competency teachers in the process of their professional identity construction. The creation of a professional culture with craftsman spirit, the construction of a relationship culture with mutual - structured identity as well as the for- mation of a practical culture with the efficacy of turning knowledge into intelligence, is the key to resolve identity anxiety and then launch cultural construction.
