摘要
国家统一法律职业考试以服务法治实践为导向。本科法学教育由于培养目标模糊、教学评价机制欠妥、教学资料、方式实践性阙如与教师知识结构固化等原因面临脱离法治实践的危机。法学教育的突围应以整体、重点思维为原则,设置复合实用型人才培养目标、构建"接地气"并激发潜能的立体化教学评价体系、打造提升学生法治实践能力的开放式课程教学体系、深耕饱含实践性与生命力的教学资源库、优化从"满堂灌"到"满堂彩"的课堂教学方式。
National unified law vocational qualification examination serves the practice of law. Undergraduate education is faced with the crisis because of the ambiguous education targets, absence of scientific evaluation mechanism, shortage of practical and teachers' knowledge structure immobilization. The breakthrough approach should be based on systematic and priority design principles, whose final purposes are to take cuhivation of practical talents as its targets, build inspiring potential three - dimensional teaching evaluation system and make the open course teaching system improve students' practical ability, strengthen cultural practicality and vitality teaching resources, optimize of classroom teaching from "teaching only" to "interactive".
