摘要
随着我国对教师培训投入的不断加大,教师培训项目不断增多,教师培训取得的社会效益是显著的,但同时面临着工学矛盾突出,培训针对性、实效性不强的突出问题。山东省在"互联网+教师专业发展工程"设计中,坚持以"应用"为主线,贴近教师需求,注重多项目的整合设计。关注教师个体差异,实行"菜单式"课程,满足教师的自主选课。坚持以问题为导向、以案例为载体,建设"问题-案例-理论"三位一体的课程资源,为互联网背景下的教师网络研修项目设计做出了有益探索。
With more input to teacher training, there is an increase in teacher training programs. But teacher training is still facing serious problems such as conflicts between work and study, lacking in specific targets and inadequate effectiveness. To tackle these problems, Shandong' s Internet plus Teacher Professional Development Program design sticks to "application" as the mainline, closes to the teachers' needs, values integrated planning of multi-programs, focuses on teacher' s individual differences, provides "menu" curriculum, fulfills teachers' optional subjects, and builds curriculum resources of "problemcase-theory" trinity with the "problem-oriented" and "case-supported" mode. All of these innovations serve as beneficial exploration for teacher training program design in the context of Intemet.
