摘要
进入21世纪,日本和印度交流加深,特别是在军事领域双方合作关系日益紧密。日本出于本国地缘战略、能源供应路线安全、东北亚地区主导权以及国际政治格局等多方面因素考虑,积极推动日印两国军事合作向前迈进。日印军事合作尽管尚未达到战略同盟级别,但在军官互访、联合军演、军售等方面都日趋深化,这种合作趋势对中国产生的压力值得警惕。探析日本积极强化与印度军事合作的表现及动因,对中国维护周边安全环境具有现实意义。
Since the beginning of the new century, exchanges between Japan and India have been deepened and the bilateral military cooperation strengthened. Japan has made great efforts in promoting the military cooperation with India with the aim of its national geo - strategy, the security of energy supply route, the Northeast Asia＇ s dominance and the international political configuration. Although the military cooperation between Japan and India has not yet reached the level of strategic alliance, the negative impact upon China of Japan - India military cooperation, in fields such as exchange visits of military officials, joint military exercises and arms sales, is worthy of attention. An analysis of Japan＇ s effort and its intention in developing military cooperation with India is of practical significance for China to maintain a peaceful and stable security environment.
