森林认证与云南省林业发展探析

Analysis on Forest Certification and Forestry Development in Yunnan Province

参考前人对森林认证的研究,本文回顾了森林认证的概念、森林认证体系及中国和云南省目前森林认证开展的现状。认为开展森林认证可促进云南省林业可持续发展,有利于云南省林业与国际接轨,开拓国际市场;有利于提高林业企业的经营技术水平和管理能力;保护生态环境和生物多样性。但是目前云南省参与森林认证的程度较低,分析了云南省开展森林认证的优势,提出了云南省开展森林认证的建议,旨在为云南省林业发展和森林认证工作提供借鉴与参考。

Referring to previous studies on forest certification,this paper reviewed the concept of forest certification,the certification system and the current situation of forest certification in China and Yunnan Province. It showed that the development of forest certification could promote the sus- tainable development and internationalization of Yunnan forestry with overseas market expanded. It＇s also conducive to improve the technical level and management ability of forestry enterprises, as well as protect the ecological environment and conserve the biodiversity. However, the participation rate of forest certification in Yunnan was rather low. Therefore, the paper analyzed advantages of Yunnan Province in the practice of forest certification and put forward suggestions,in order to provide references for forestry development and forest certification in Yunnan Province.
