摘要
建立了一种蛋及蛋制品中氟苯尼考残留量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。经乙酸乙酯提取分离,正己烷脱脂后,采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以水-甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长224 nm,进样量20μL,柱温40℃进行定量分析。在浓度为0.01~10.00μg/mL范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好(相关系数R>0.999 9),检出限为0.01μg/mL。该方法成本较低,操作简便,无杂质干扰,分析快速,结果准确,适用于蛋及蛋制品中氟苯尼考残留量的检测分析。
The method for florfenicol residue in the eggs and egg products by HPLC was established. The samples were extracted with ethylacetate and defatted with n-hexane.The ehromatogram conditions were as follows :C18 chromatographic column(4.6mm×250 mm, 5 μm)was used ,water and methanol (volume ratio was 60:40 )was as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, determine wavelength was 224 nm, injection volume was 20 μL and column temperature was 40℃ .In the concentration range of 0.01-10.00μg/mL,the linear relationship of the standard curve was good (correlation coefficient R〉0.999 9),the detection limit was 0.01μg/mL.This method has the advantages of low cost,simple operation,no impurity interference, quick analysis and accurate result, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of florfenicol residues in eggs and egg products.
