摘要 选用D564树脂,研究其对淡化海水的深度脱硼能力和吸附特征,并考察了反应时间、温度、pH、竞争离子和流速等因素对D564树脂脱硼效果的影响。结果表明:D564树脂对溶液中的微量硼具有优良的选择吸附能力,但温度升高不利于溶质吸附;pH值改变对树脂的吸附能力影响不大;树脂具有较强的选择性,受干扰离子的影响较小;流速对固定床吸附过程的影响呈负相关效应,固定床对微量硼的吸附去除率最大可达40.04%。 D564 resin was tested for its advanced removal capacity and adsorption characteristics for trace boron in desalinated seawater. Several parameters, such as contact time, temperature, pH, competing ions, and flow rate, were also investigated to study their influence on the removal efficiency of boron. Results showed that D564 resin had an excellent selective adsorption capacity for trace boron in solution. A rise in temperature had an adverse effect on the adsorption of boron, while variation of pH value had little impact. D564 resin showed a high selectivity for boron and did not seriously affected by other disturbing ions. Flow rate had a significant negative impact on fixed bed adsorption process, and removal efficiency of trace boron was up to 40.04% by fixed bed process.
