摘要
本研究在参考国内外知名院校量具的基础上,运用"自下而上"范式,开发了课堂教学质量监控与评价量具,并通过项目分析、信度检验、效度检验与回归分析探究课堂教学质量监控量具所包含的维度及各维度的贡献大小。教学实践证明,本量具对师生的"教"与"学"行为均有积极的反拨效应,对课堂教学及其质量监控具有启发意义。
The current study aims to develop an instrument to assess the quality of classroom teaching with bottom-up paradigm methodology by borrowing and localizing the ones from famous universities at home and abroad. The instrument is tested statistically in terms of item analysis,reliability,validity and regression analysis with the purpose of exploring the assessing aspects of the instrument and their contributions. It has been proved that this instrument plays an active role in the performance of teachers' teaching and students' learning and has implications for evaluating the quality of classroom teaching.
