摘要
【目的】本研究旨在揭示环境温度对橡胶树GT1的2n雌配子发生频率的影响,为高效率的收集橡胶树自然三倍体材料和人工施加温度处理诱导橡胶树三倍体,开展橡胶树多倍体育种提供参考。【方法】采用子代多倍体频率估算2n雌配子发生的方法,比较不同地点/年份橡胶树GT1的2n雌配子发生频率,采用相关性分析研究花发育期间的逐日温度对橡胶树GT1的2n配子发生频率的影响。【结果】不同地点的橡胶树GT1的2n雌配子发生频率差异明显,分别在0.71%~7.01%,同一地点不同年份间2n雌配子的发生频率具有稳定性。橡胶树GT1的2n雌配子的发生频率与花发育期的平均逐日最低温的相关性极显著,花发育期的温度越低,2n雌配子的发生频率越高。【结论】花发育期的环境温度对橡胶树GT1的2n雌配子发生频率有显著影响,花发育期的温度越低,2n雌配子的发生频率越高。
【Objective】This study aimed to reveal the effects of the ambient temperature on the frequency of 2 n female gametes of the rubber tree GT1,and to provide reference for efficient collection of natural triploid rubber tree and artificial temperature treatment to induce triploid of rubber tree.【Method】The frequency of 2 n female gametes was estimated based on the polyploid frequency of offspring. The frequency of 2 n female gametes in different locations/years of GT1 was compared. The person correlation analysis was used to study the effect of daily temperature during flower development on the frequency of 2 n gametes in GT1.【Result】The frequency of 2 n female gametes in GT1 in different locations was significantly different,ranging from 0. 71 % to 7. 01 %,and the frequency of 2 n female gametes in different years in the same location was stable. The frequency of 2 n female gametes in GT1 was significantly correlated with the average daily minimum temperature in flower development. The lower the temperature of flower development period,the higher the frequency of 2 n female gametes.【Conclusion】The ambient temperature of flower development had a significant effect on the frequency of 2 n female gametes in GT1. The lower the temperature of flower development,the higher the frequency of 2 n female gametes.
