摘要
合作创新条件下,参与专利实施活动的相关组织形成一个复杂系统。运用CAS理论中的聚集、流、多样性、非线性等特征以及回声模型来分析组织合作专利实施的复杂适应系统机理,探讨该系统演进过程中各个组织为促进专利实施而形成的联盟关系,以更好的整合利用创新资源,提高专利实施效率。
Under the circumstances of cooperative innovation, the organizations which take part in the patent implementation activities form a complex system. This paper analyzes the mechanism of complex adaptive system in cooperative patent implementation by utilizing the traits of aggregation, flows, diversityv non-linearity as well as echo model in CAS theory, and expounds the alliance relationship among the organizations in the process of system evolving in order to promote patent implementation. Thus the efficiency of patent implementation can be improved with better using of innovation resources.
