摘要
对科技计划和科技标准协同创新作了前瞻性、基础性探索:阐述了科技计划和科技标准协同创新的内涵、关键要素以及功能等基础理论,研究了科技计划和科技标准协同创新的共性,提出了科技计划和科技标准协同创新的要点。
Synergetic innovation for plan of S＆T and technology standards is the key of innovation of S＆T. This paper take some prospective and basic researches on synergetic innovation for the plan and standards of S＆T： explained the basic theory about synergetic innovation on plan and standards of S＆T, such as its connotation, key elements, functions and its common characteristics,etc, ultimately proposed its main points.
