京津冀高校科技创新能力比较研究

Research on Evaluation of Technological Innovation Ability of University from Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

京津冀一体化的背景下,针对区域内高校科技创新能力现状,借鉴钻石模型,构建高校科技创新能力评价指标体系,并以AHP方法确定评价指标权重。然后以沪粤为比较对象,运用灰色关联分析对京津冀高校科技创新能力进行评价分析,最后针对存在的问题提出了政策建议。

his paper aims to develop a framework that evaluates technological innovation ability of university, and gives some countermeasures to the university from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. By analysis on the related litera ture, we constructs index system to technological innovation ability of university based on Diamond Model. And then, we take a comprehensive evaluation on technological innovation ability of university from Beijing Tianjin and Hebei by Grey relational analysis method. In the end, we puts forward the improvement measures to technological innovation ability of university in this region.
