摘要
从制度安排视角,结合国内各大高校的实际情况,分高校评聘制度安排、淘汰降级制度安排、学术氛围监管制度安排视角3个方面详细论述了,制约青年教师创新意愿与能力提高的关键因素,并提出针对的提升对策。
In this paper, from the perspective of institutional arrangements, combined with the actual situation of the major colleges and universities in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the key points of restricting the willingness and ability of young teachers to innovate in three aspects: the institutional arrangement of colleges and universities, the phasing out of demotion system and the arrangement of academic atmosphere supervision system Factor, and we raise promotion measures.
