松龄血脉康胶囊对轻度原发性高血压患者动态血压及降压平稳性的影响

Impact of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule on Ambulatory Blood Pressure and Anti-hypertension Stationarity in Patients with Mild Essential Hypertension

目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对轻度原发性高血压患者动态血压及降压平稳性的影响。方法选取首都医科大学宣武医院2016年收治的轻度原发性高血压患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组60例。在生活方式干预基础上,对照组患者给予氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组患者给予松龄血脉康胶囊治疗;两组患者均持续治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗前后动态血压及治疗后血压平滑指数,并观察观察组患者治疗前后肝肾功能指标变化。结果治疗前两组患者24 h收缩压(SBP)、24 h舒张压(DBP)、24 h脉压、白昼SBP、白昼DBP、白昼脉压、夜间SBP、夜间DBP及夜间脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者24 h DBP、24 h脉压、白昼DBP、夜间SBP及夜间脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者24 h SBP、白昼SBP、白昼脉压及夜间DBP均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组患者24 h SBP、24 h DBP、白昼SBP、白昼DBP及夜间SBP低于治疗前,观察组患者24 h SBP、白昼DBP、白昼脉压、夜间SBP及夜间脉压低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后SBP平滑指数和DBP平滑指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮及肌酐水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论松龄血脉康胶囊对轻度原发性高血压患者的降压作用逊于氯沙坦钾片,但其能有效降低白昼脉压和夜间脉压,且降压作用更平稳。

Objective To investigate the impact of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule on ambulatory blood pressure and anti-hypertension stationarity in patients with mild essential hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with mild essential hypertension were selected in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University in 2016,and they were divided into control group（ n = 30） and observation group（ n = 60） according to ramdom number table. Based on lifestyle intervention,patients in control group received losartan potassium tablets, while patients in observation group received Songling Xuemaikang Capsule; both groups continuously treated for 12 weeks. Ambulatory blood pressure before and after treatment,and blood pressure smoothness index after treatment were compared between the two groups,changes of liver and kidney function in observation group was observed before and after treatment. Results No statistically significant differences of 24-hour SBP,24-hour DBP,24-hour pulse pressure,daytime SBP,daytime DBP,daytime pulse pressure,nighttime SBP,nighttime DBP or nighttime pulse pressure was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0.05）,nor was 24-hour DBP,24-hour pulse pressure,daytime DBP,nighttime SBP or nighttime pulse pressure was found between the two groups after treatment（ P〉0.05）; 24-hour SBP,daytime SBP,daytime pulse pressure and daytime DBP in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,24-hour SBP,24-hour DBP, daytime SBP, daytime DBP and nighttime SBP in control group were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment, meanwhile 24-hour SBP,daytime DBP, daytime pulse pressure, nighttime SBP and nighttime pulse pressure in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0.05）. Both SBP and DBP smoothness index in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group after treatment（ P〈0.05）. No statistically significant differences of ALT,AST,BUN or Cr was found before and after treatment in observation group（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared with losartan potassium tablets,anti-hypertensive effect of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule is inferior in treating patients with mild essential hypertension,but it can effectively reduce the daytime and nighttime pulse pressure, with good anti-hypertension stationarity.
