摘要 随着中国经济的快速发展,日新月异的资本市场不仅为我国民营上市公司提供了广阔的发展空间,同时也给民营上市公司带来了巨大的挑战。高效率提升公司的竞争优势成为许多民营公司研究探索的重点。虽然经过多年来的不断探索,对于民营公司财务竞争力的研究颇多,但是激励机制等公司管理模式上还存在着诸多问题。 With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the fast-changing capital market not only provides a broad space for the development of Chinese private listed companies, but also brings a great challenge to them. High effi ciency to enhance the company's competitive advantage has become the focus of many private companies. Despite years of continuous exploration of the research on fi nancial competitiveness of private companies, many problems still exist in company management model, such as incentive mechanism.
