摘要
用牛胰丙酮粉对200余种中药及谷物、豆类种子的提取液进行胰α-淀粉酶抑制活性的筛选,发现芸豆、淫羊藿和玉竹有较强的抑制活性,川楝子、金樱子、876降糖粉和大白谷也有一定的抑制作用,为糖尿病、抗肥胖新药的筛选提供了初步线索。
The pancreatic α-amylase inhibitory activities of extracts of about
200 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs,cereal seeds and bean seeds were screened
using bovine pancreatic acetone powder.It was found that Phaseolus vulgaris,
Epimedium graodiflorum,and Polyonatum odoratum var,pluriflorum had higher
inhibitory activity.
