"一带一路"建设的不断发展和深化,也为区域内务实交流提供了合作的平台,为东北亚参与世界经济贸易活动拓展了广阔的空间,东北亚区域有着特殊的地缘政治、外交和经济关系,受地区局势变化、各国利益需求等诸多因素影响,顺畅的经贸关系始终在艰难中推进,区域内经济呈现着"合作-变冷-再合作"的繁杂局势。随着经济全球化的不断扩展,东北亚区域势必会走向合作共赢的轨道上来,以"一带一路"战略为发展媒介,深入拓展海洋合作,发展湾区经济,将促进东北亚区域融入全球一体化的发展战略,成为一种新的合作模式。

The deepening development of ＂The Belt and Road＂ construction provides a cooperative platform for regional internal exchange and expands the vast space for Northeast Asia to participate in world economic and trade activities. Northeast Asia has a special geopolitical, diplomatic and economic relationship, affected by the regional situation changes, interests of various countries, demand and many other factors, the smooth economic and trade relations have been advancing hard, the economy in the region presents a complex situation of cooperation-cold change -cooperation. With the continuous expansion of economic globalization, Northeast Asia is bound to move towards a win-win situation. ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy as the media of development, deepening oceanic cooperation and developing Bay area economy, promote integration of Northeast Asia into the development strategy of global integration, become a new mode of cooperation.
