摘要
提升长吉图先导区现代产业竞争力的发展思路为:全面促进重点产业发展,关键是实施"12345"战略举措,即"实现一个目标,突出两条主线,明确三大定位,实施四大战略,构建五大支撑平台"。提升长吉图先导区现代产业竞争力的主要政策措施为:创新区域联动发展机制、加强国际经济合作、强化金融财税支持、完善土地政策、加强国际科技合作。
The thought of improving the industrial competitiveness of the Changjitu pilot area is to promote the development of key industries thoroughly. The key of it is to implement the ＂12345＂ strategy, which are to achieve a goal, to highlight the two main lines, three clear positioning, the implementation of four strategies and to build five support platform. Mechanism innovation of regional development, strengthening international economic cooperation and financial support, perfecting the land policy and strengthening international cooperation in science and technology are the policies and measures to enhance the competitiveness of Changjitu pilot area.
