Investment Cooperation in Infrastructure Construction between China and Burma under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

在中国倡导的"一带一路"建设中,基础设施建设领域是优先领域,其中交通运输行业起到基础和支撑作用。缅甸是中国的重要邻国,在参与"一带一路"建设中具有不可替代的地位。"一带一路"为缅甸基础设施建设提供了发展机遇,但缅甸自身还存在一些阻碍其基础设施建设发展的不利因素。中缅开展基础设施建设领域的合作,应该建立在自愿、互利、双赢的基础上,进一步增强信息的公开、透明和开放。中国企业要充分利用和发挥投融资平台,积极开拓多种投融资渠道。

Infrastructure construction is one of the priority areas in ＂The Belt and Road＂ construction, in which transportation possesses fundamental and supporting effect. As an important neighbor of China, Burma plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of ＂The Belt and Road＂. ＂The Belt and Road＂ provides opportunities for the development of facilities construction in Burma, but there are still some problems hindering the development of unfavorable factors there. The cooperation of the infrastructure construction should be conducted based on voluntary cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win basis to enhance the information open further. Chinese enterprises should make full use of investment and financing platform to explore a variety of financing channels actively.
