摘要 经济增长动力转换和产业结构升级使得全社会中铁路具有适运优势的货物增长停滞,铁路需要开拓白货运输市场。同时,新能源和智能技术的进步使得铁路竞争优势面临严峻考验,绿色环保政策的扶持是近期铁路的护身符,但长期看来效果将消失。因此,铁路需要打造新的竞争优势。分析了铁路货运在降低生产成本和压缩时间成本方面存在的优化空间,以在货运市场打造出绝对竞争优势、赢得市场空间为目标,对铁路货运流程进行创新再造,设计了基于"集装箱+固定车底行车法"的铁路货运组织模式,并对其可行性和效益性进行了论证,从而为铁路货运的供给侧创新、降低国家物流成本提供了新思路。 With the transformation of motive force of economic growth and the upgrading of industrial structure, the growth of railway freight transportation with its suitable goods stagnates, so railway needs to expand white goods transportation market. Meanwhile, the progress of new energy and unmanned intelligent technology makes the competitive advantage of railway face severe test. Recently,the support of the green policy is the talisman of railway, but in the long run, the effect will disappear. Therefore, railway needs to create a new competitive advantage. In this regard, the optimization space of reducing production cost and compressing time cost for railway freight transportation is analyzed. With the goal of creating an absolute competitive advantage in the freight market and obtaining market share, the author innovates the railway freight transportation process, designed a new freight transportation organization mode, i.e. train operation method of fixed car block with container loading; Then, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method were fully demonstrated. Thus, a new idea is provided which is to innovate railway freight transportation supply and to reduce the cost of national logistics.
