摘要
《铁路电力牵引供电设计规范》修订工作把握行业标准的定位与作用,参考借鉴国际标准编制通用方法,尝试标准编写的技术创新。对该标准中重要条文制定的依据、思路、方法、背景、相关要求,新旧标准的主要不同点等予以解释说明,以推动标准的贯彻落实。
The revision of Code for Design of Railway Traction Power Supply focuses on the position and function of railway industry standards, and tries to do some innovation based on the international experience. This paper provides basis, thoughts, methods,background and related requirements for the key provisions in this code, explains main differences between TB10009-2016 and TB10009-2005.
