高速铁路对区域中心城市经济社会影响分析

Analysis on the Economic and Social Impact of High-speed Railway to the Regional Central Cities

运用层次分析法构建我国高速铁路对区域中心城市经济社会影响的评价体系,对华东地区、华南地区、华中地区和西北地区的中心城市上海、广州、武汉和西安进行了典型分析。研究发现,高速铁路对各城市经济社会发展均有显著影响,对中西部城市影响更大,对不同区域中心城市经济社会不同领域影响有很大差别。建议增进城市与高速铁路和谐共赢,实现高速铁路可持续发展;增加高速铁路与城市发展规划的协调性;补足城市基础设施短板,以更充分发挥高速铁路对城市经济社会发展的促进作用。

This issue builds up an evaluation system with Analytic Hierarchy Process to study the economic and social impact of the regional central cities from high-speed railway. After that, the author analyzes the data from Xi＇an, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Shanghai, the result shows that the impacts are significant. In details, the impacts on the Western cities are greater, and there are more differences in the different aspects of the cities. As the conclusion, increasing coordination between high-speed railway and urban development planning is as important as strengthening the construction of urban infrastructure.
