Technology of liquid-core big reduction(lcbr)rolling to eliminate continuous casting slab center segregation and porosity

摘要 中心偏析与疏松是连铸坯的主要缺陷之一,影响钢材组织的均匀性,降低钢板的塑性和低温冲击韧性指标,特别是钢板的厚度方向抗层状撕裂性能。介绍了一种消除板坯中心偏析和疏松全新的工艺方法——液芯大压下量轧制技术,介绍了技术原理、方案以及工业试验过程,对试验铸坯的低倍组织进行了分析观察,研究结果表明该技术可以有效消除铸坯中心偏析和疏松等缺陷。 Center segregation and porosity is one of the main defects of continuous casting slab. It affects the structure uniformity of steel,also reduces the plasticity and low temperature impact toughness index of steel sheet,especially the steel plate thickness direction of the lamellar tearing resistance. In the paper,the author introduces a kind of new process method to eliminate the slab center segregation and porosity—liquid-core big reduction(LCBR)rolling technology,introduces the technology principle,scheme and commercial test process. Through the analysis of the macrostructure of the test slab,the results show that the technology can effectively eliminate the continuous casting slab defects such as center segregation and porosity.
