摘要
研究运用冷酸蚀低倍检验的方法对304不锈钢180 mm×1 240 mm连铸板坯进行低倍检验,分析研究了连铸坯内部缺陷以及凝固组织信息。通过数值模拟和物理模拟研究了连铸结晶器以及浸入式水口的内部流场特征,并研究了不同形状的浸入式水口对连铸坯凝固组织的影响,在此基础上对原型浸入式水口进行优化,提出优化水口。结果表明:原型浸入式水口出钢口钢液发生严重的非稳态旋转,结晶器内部流场不对称,连铸坯组织柱状晶倾斜严重;最优化水口结构维持原水口凹形底部结构,但水口出口形状改为矩形,向上倾角为5°。
In order to obtain the information of internal defects and solidification of 304 stainless steel slab,a 180 mm×1 240 mm slab was corrosion by cold acid for macroscopic examination. The effect of submerged nozzle shape on internal fluid and solidification organization of slab was study for optimizing the nozzle. The results show that:unsteady rotation and asymmetric flow of prototype submerged nozzle was very bad;The columnar crystal of slab solidification organization was severe slant;The shape of the optimizing nozzle was rectangle,the angle of the optimizing nozzle was up 5°.
