摘要
就结晶器涡流液位检控系统较放射源液位检测更易出现波动,从而导致质量缺陷的现象,从涡流液位检控系统的组成和工作原理着手,对涡流系统日常运行中的常见故障进行分析诊断,并提出解决对策。
Compared with the radioactive source level measuring system,the mold eddy-current level system is more prone to fluctuation,resulting in quality defects. Based on the constitution and working principle of caster eddy-current mold level control system,mainly analyzes and diagnoses some common faults in daily operation and proposes some solutions.
