Design of Omnidirectional Reflector in Visible Light Band

摘要 利用传输矩阵法,分析了一维结构光子晶体的反射带特点。结果表明:TE波具有狭窄的全角度反射带,TM波无全角度反射带;TE和TM波的部分角度反射带会随晶格常数的增大向长波方向移动,带宽会变宽;不同晶格常数下,TE波和TM波在0~90°内,其部分反射带会出现带的交叠现象。在此基础上并结合角域展宽理论,设计得到了可见光波段的全角度反射器,其全角度反射带范围位于442.3nm^624.6nm处,反射带带宽达到182.3nm,角度不敏感范围为0~90°。这些结论对新型高效率背反射器件等的设计是极其有意义的。 Using the method of transferring matrix, the reflection band characteristics of one dimensional photonic crystal was analyzed. The results showed that TE wave had narrow omnidi- rectional reflection band, and TM wave had no omnidirectional reflection band. The partial reflec- tion band moved towards the long wave, and the bandwidth became wider with the increase of lattice constant. For different lattice constants, partial reflection of TE wave and TM wave has o- verlap from 0 to 90 degrees. On the basis of this conclusion and the theory of angular broadening, an omnidirectional reflector in visible light range has been designed, whose range of omnidirec- tional reflection is 442. 3~ 624. 6 nm, bandwidth is 182. 3 nm, and insensitive angle range is from 0 to 90 degrees. These conclusions are of significant meaning to design the high efficiency back reflector.
