摘要
介绍26.5/75-29低速宽基75系列工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 737 mm,断面宽629 mm,行驶面宽度600 mm,行驶面弧度高38 mm,胎圈着合直径729 mm,胎圈着合宽度559 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.780 9,胎面采用块状∽型花纹,花纹深度35 mm,花纹饱和度65%,花纹周节数26;施工设计:胎面缠绕而成,胎体采用12层1400dtex/3锦纶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2锦纶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm镀铜回火胎圈钢丝,采用拉入法成型机成型,水胎硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相关标准要求。
The design on 26.5/75-29 low-speed wide-base off-the-road tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 737 mm,cross-sectional width 629 mm,width of running surface 600 mm,arc height of running surface 38 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 729 mm,bead width at rim seat 559 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 0.780 9,using ∽ shape block tread pattern,pattern depth 35 mm,block/total ratio 65%,and number of pattern pitches 26. In construction design,the following processes were taken:winding formation for tread,12 layers of 1400 dtex/3 nylon cord for carcass,2 layers of 1400 dtex/3 nylon cord for breaker ply,Φ0.96 mm copper plated and tempered bead steel for wire ring,and using pull in building machine to build tire and bladder autoclave to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of corresponding standards.
