介绍10-16.5 10PR无内胎滑移式装载机轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径755 mm,断面宽256 mm,行驶面宽度222 mm,行驶面弧度高-2 mm,胎圈着合直径416 mm,胎圈着合宽度209 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.703 5,采用牵引花纹,花纹深度16 mm,花纹饱和度50%,花纹周节数21。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V_1和2层1400dtex/2V_2锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相关设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能优异。

The design on 10-16. 5 10 PR skid loader tubeless tire was introduced. In structure design,the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 755 mm,cross-sectional width 256 mm,width of running surface 222 mm,arc height of running surface-2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 416 mm,bead width at rim seat 209 mm,maximum width position of cross-section（H_1/H_2） 0. 703 5,traction pattern depth 16 mm,block/total ratio 50%,and total number of pitches 21. In construction design,the following processes were taken：two formula and three piece structure for tread,4 layers of 1400 dtex/2 V_1 and 2 layers of 1400 dtex/2 V_2 dipped nylon 6 for carcass,and using flat core tire building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and relevant national standard,and the endurance was excellent.
