摘要
研究葵花籽油在半钢子午线轮胎胎面中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎胎面配方中用15份葵花籽油等量替代环保油V700时,胶料的加工性能和拉伸强度变化不大,硬度和定伸应力减小,拉断伸长率增大。胶料的玻璃化转变温度降低4℃,-20℃以下的弹性模量变小,胶料的耐寒性和雪地性能提高。
The application of sunflower seed oil in the tread compound of steel belted radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,the processability and tensile strength were similar,the hardness and modulus were decreased and the elongation at break was increased when 15 phr TDAE V700 were equivalently replaced by sunflower seed oil.The glass transition temperature of the compound was decreased by 4℃and the elastic modulus at the temperature below-20℃became smaller.The cold resistance and snow performance of the compound were improved.
