摘要
正确选择PPP项目的社会资本对项目的成败起着决定性作用,分析影响社会资本选择的6大方面的14个指标,运用多层次灰色关联分析法,通过实证筛选出优选方案,对于PPP项目筛选社会资本具有一定的借鉴意义。
The correct selection of the private capital in PPP project plays a decisive role. This paper analyzes 14 indicators affecting the choice of private capital from six aspects,uses hierarchy grey correlation analysis method to select the optimization scheme through a practical case,which provides reference for the selection of private capital in PPP project.
