平菇菌糠对生长期肉兔饲养效果的试验研究

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT LEVEL Plevrotus ostreatus SUBSTRATE ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE IN GROWING RABBITS

本试验旨在研究不用水平平菇菌糠部分替代生长期肉兔饲料的饲养效果,32只肉兔随机分成4组,分别在基础日粮中添加0%,3%,6%,9%的平菇菌糠替代同质量饲料,对肉兔生长性能、血液和血清生化指标以及经济效益等方面进行了测定。结果表明,在利用菌糠部分替代饲料饲养生长期肉兔时,各处理组间试验兔的增重差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组血液生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组血清生化指标中门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量和总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);尿素氮(UREA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。在本试验条件的前提下,9%菌糠组的试验兔增重饲料成本比对照组减少1.39元/kg。

This experiment aims to study the growth situation of rabbits whose forage is replacedpartially by different levels of Pleurotus ostreatus substrate. Thirty-two rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly,which adds 0,3%,6%,9% Pleurotus ostreatus substrate replacing the same quality forage to basaldiet. Then we measured their growth performance,the biochemical indexes of blood and serum,and economic benefits. The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight gain and blood biochemical indexes among 4 groups（ P 0. 05）. The serum biochemical indexes of AST and TP in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）; UREA was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 0. 05）.The difference of ALT was not significant among these 4 groups（ P 0. 05）. Under the condition of this experiment,the cost of weight gainthat experimental group of 9% Pleurotus ostreatus substrate was reduced by 1. 39 Yuan/kg compared with the control group.
