种子老化对农牧老芒麦生理生化特性的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF SEED ARTIFICIAL ACCELERATED AGING ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF Elymus Sibiricus

摘要 为探究农牧老芒麦种子的老化规律,采用高温高湿(40℃,RH95%)人工老化法,研究不同老化时间(0 d、1 d、2 d、3d、4 d、5 d、6 d)对农牧老芒麦种子生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:农牧老芒麦种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量均随老化时间的延长而下降;而电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸和可溶性糖逐渐升高。相关分析表明,种子活力指数与氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量呈极显著正相关;与丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量呈极显著负相关;与电导率呈显著负相关。因此抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量可以反应农牧老芒麦的种子的老化程度,而电导率可用来反应农牧老芒麦种子老化的敏感指标。本研究结果将为农牧老芒麦种质资源的保护提供基础理论依据。 The objective of this study was to investigate the aging regulation of Elymus sibiricus seeds. The effects of different seed aging time( 0 d,1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d,5 d,6 d) on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Elymus sibiricus by high temperature and humidity( 40 ℃,RH95%) artificial aging method. The results showed that the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index,antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of soluble protein were decreased gradually along with the aging time. Conductivity and the content ofmalondialdehyde,Proline,soluble sugar gradually increased. The correlation analysis showed that the seed vigor index was positively correlated with superoxide,peroxidase,catalase and the content of soluble protein,had negative correlation with malondialdehyde and the content of proline and soluble sugar,and negatively correlated with conductivity. Therefore,thantioxidant enzyme activity and the content of malondialdehyde,proline,soluble sugar and protein can characterize the aging of the seeds of Elymus sibiricus,While the conductivity can be used to reflect the sensitive indicators of aging of seeds of Elymus sibiricus. The results of this study will provide the basic theoretical basis for the protection of Elymus sibiricus germplasm resources.
