摘要
目的:筛选农用抗生素米尔贝霉素高产菌株,提高混合群体中正常型菌落比例。方法:采用8-甲氧基补骨脂素(8-MOP)与不同剂量^(60)Co复合筛选米尔贝霉素产生菌-吸水链霉菌(Streptomyces hygroscopicus subsp aureolacrimosus)。结果:获得一株高产诱变株,经发酵罐发酵验证后,米尔贝霉素效价达到亲株的1.93倍,正常型菌落纯度提高31%,并且遗传特性稳定。结论:该方法简捷、高效,具有实用性、经济性。
Objeive :Breeding mirlbemycin high-yield strain,improve percentage of normal colony in mixed group. Methods: By60 Co irradiation and 8-methoxypsoralen composite selection Milbemycin producing strain( Streptomyces. hygroscopicus subsp).Results : To obtained a high-yield mutant strain,after test for industrialization,the fermentation potency ws the parent strain 1. 93 times. normal colony purity increased by 31%,that of thenetic characteristics stable. Conclusion : This method is simple,efficient and has better practicability and economy and prospective.
