论学报建设对民办高校发展的影响

Impact of University Journals on the Development of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

学报建设与高校高水平发展的和谐互动,能助推高校四大职能的实现。民办高校作为目前高等教育领域中一支强劲增长的力量,其学报质量更是推进其学术交流、进步及提升学术水平的重要因素。基于民办高校学报发展的现状,文章认为:民办高校非常需要创办自己的学报;国家应该重视民办高校学报的创办与管理,尤其是对符合条件的民办高校应在公开刊号的申请上给予支持;民办高校应重视学报建设并着力提升学报质量,充分发挥学报在高水平民办高校建设中的作用。

Construction of university Journal maintains harmonious interactions with the higher level development of universities, and helps realize universities＇ four major functions. For non-governmental institutions of higher learning, a vigorous part of the current higher education system, the quality of the journals promotes academic exchanges, progress, and improvement. From the present situation of the development of the journals in non-governmental institutions of higher learning, it is urgent for them to set- up their own journals. Considering the characteristics of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, it requires governmental support and preferential policies in terms of journal establishment and management, especially in the application of serial num- ber. Meanwhile, non-governmental institutions of higher learning should attach more importance to their academic journals, en- hance their qualities, and foster a professional editor team so as to make their own contribution to the prosperity and development of Chinese academic journals.
