民办教育收费放开,意在缓解民办学校成本增加带来的办学压力,促进民办学校的健康发展。但是教育本身存在一定程度的自然垄断性质,使其并不能处于完全竞争状态,政府部门可以通过学费标准确定、收费方式改革、信息公开、乱收费监管以及学生资助等规范措施,真正促进民办学校的健康发展。

Education fee liberalization intends to ease the pressure on running institutions brought by increased costs to promote the healthy development of non-governmental education institutions.However,because education itself has a certain degree of natural monopoly,it cannot be allowed to be in a state of complete competition.Government departments can promote the healthy development of non-governmental education institutions through measures of standardizing tuition fees,reforming charging modes,information disclosure,supervision over arbitrary fees,and student subsidies.
