With the development of economy and the improvement of people＇s living standards, Cars enter the personal family in large quantities.Parking has become a major social problem today.As the urban land resources are limited and expensive, we can＇t build the ground parking lot infinitely.As a result,a large number of construction of the underground garage is an effective way to solve the parking problem.However,underground garage has a complex structure, high construction costs and low profits, the characteristics of real estate developers do not want to build an underground garage＇s enthusiasm .In order to improve the economic benefits of underground garage, arouse the enthusiasm of real estate developers to construct the underground garage, it is necessary to effectively control the cost of the underground garage.As we all know,the architectural design phase is an important stage to control engineering cost, reasonable design can cut unnecessary spending.In this paper, based on the underground garage construction design phase, first review the cost of a project of the underground garage, secondly analyzes the architectural design of underground garage in the six main factors that affecting the cost.Finally, it puts forward six measures to reduce the cost of underground garage.It provides reference for the cost control of the real estate development project and the improvement of the economic benefit of the underground garage.
