摘要
分析了共轨压电系统电控单元(ECU)的高压驱动模块,以升压式(BOOST)模块拓扑结构为基础,提出一种基于主控制单元(MCU)设计的分立式驱动结构,在在线诊断系统(OBD)诊断基础上,通过计算初始占空比,设计了以电流为外环反馈,电压为内环反馈的校正占空比的策略。并结合整体设计要求,实现了高压模块功耗低,发热小,电磁干扰(EMI)轻的设计目的,从而提高了ECU的整体性能。
Analyse the BOOST module on ECU for piezoelectric injector common rail,based on the configuration of BOOST,designing the discrete device with MCU,and by accounting duty cycle based on OBD system,designing the method of changing duty cycle by feedback of current and voltage. Combining with the whole demand,it achieves the gole which is BOOST low power dissipation、low heat and low EMI,and increase the performance of ECU.
