摘要 以一台达国五排放标准的六缸柴油机为研究对象,在原有BOSCH节油开关的逻辑基础上进行智能优化,开发智能节油器,通过判断整车和发动机运行的实际情况,智能地切换节油开关挡位,在满足用户动力性需求的同时降低油耗。发动机台架试验结果显示:通过台架标定实现了智能节油器功能的正常运行,通过扭矩百分比判断发动机工况状态并根据逻辑设定在各个挡位间实时切换,限制发动机加速过程中的输出扭矩从而达到智能节油的效果。 Based on the six cylinder diesel engine which satisfies China 5 emission legislation,the intelligent optimization is made with the logical basis of the original BOSCH fuel economizing switch,and intelligent economizer is developed. According to the actual situation of vehicle and engine operation,fuel economizer is switched over intelligently,and the fuel consumption reduced while the power requirement is satisfied. The engine bench test results show that after calibration the normal operation of intelligent economizer is achieved,and the intelligent fuel saving effect is realized,in which the engine operation state is estimated by torque percentage,and is switched in real-time according to the logic set in each block,and the engine acceleration process is limited.
