应以“法治警察”新理念为指导修改《人民警察法》

Amendment to People's Police Law Following the New Ideology of Police under Rule of Law

警察制度及其理念是一个国家政治文明的重要体现,法治警察是法治国家和警察制度现代化的重要标志。十八大以来党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略要求树立"法治警察"新理念。《人民警察法》的修改应当以"法治警察"新理念为基础,才能适应全面深化公安改革的要求。

System and Ideology of police are significant for a nation as symbols of political civilization. As such, police under rule of law is an important symbol for a rule-of-law nation with modern police system. Since the 18th CPC National Congress Meeting, Communist Party of China has been paying efforts to set up a new ideology of police under rule of law as one part of the new strategy of national governance. Based only on the new ideology of police under rule of law, can amendments to the People＇s Police Law adapt to the objectives of deepening police reform.
