基于知识图谱分析的金钱松生物学研究进展

A review of study on the biology of Pseudolarix kaempferi in China based on the mapping knowledge domain

金钱松Pseudolarix kaempferi属松科金钱松属、我国特有单属种植物,珍贵用材树种和世界五大公园树种之一,根皮具有重要的药用价值,因而,该树种具有重要的研究价值和巨大的开发潜力。为了解金钱松生物学方面的研究进展,以可检索的相关研究文献为基础,运用知识图谱分析工具Cite Space,绘制作者、关键词共现图,评述金钱松生物学的研究热点,并预测其今后研究新方向。结果表明,金钱松生物学的研究热点主要是资源挖掘与物种保护、繁育与栽培技术、根部内生真菌、小卷蛾虫害发生与防治等。总体来看,金钱松的生物学研究仍十分有限,今后应加强金钱松的资源调查,种源数据库的建立、组织培养和定向栽培理论等方面的基础研究、并逐渐过渡至金钱松木材、药材、观赏等多用途利用及生态适应性应用研究。

Pseudolarix kaempferi belongs to Pseudolarix and Pinaceae, which is the unique single-genus plant in China. It＇s the precious timber species and one of the most important five park species in the world. Its root bark has an important medicinal value. Therefore, P. kaempferi shall be intensively studied and has huge developed potential. In order to understand the research progress and development trend in biology of P. kaempferi, we draw the co-occurrence graphs of the authors and key words, conclude the research spots, and predict the further directions using the mapping knowledge domain tool of Cite Space. Our results showed that the aspects of P. kaempferi biology included resource mining and species conservation, breeding and cultivation techniques, root mycorrhizal fungi, occurrence and control of Golden Larch Olethreutid Moth, and so on. In conclusion, the biology of P. kaempferi is still limited studied, and the resources investigation, the establishment of germplasm resource databases, tissue culture and directional cultivation techniques need be strengthened,and multipurpose utilizations including woods, medicines and ornaments and ecological adaption of P. kaempferi need be further concerned.
