摘要
龙脑樟树叶是天然冰片提取的最佳植物资源,为加快龙脑樟苗木的培育,补充完善龙脑樟扦插繁殖技术,采用正交设计的试验方法对龙脑樟插穗规格的选取进行了研究,并对正交试验的结果进行了验证,探讨了不同基质消毒剂处理下龙脑樟扦插生根情况。研究结果表明,龙脑樟插穗规格对扦插生根率有着极显著的影响,影响龙脑樟扦插生根的各因素排序为:插穗长度>插穗直径>插穗选取部位。龙脑樟插穗选择最优方案为:选取部位为母树基部,插穗长度为12 cm,插穗直径为0.5 cm。验证试验证实,按插穗选择最优方案制取的插穗扦插生根率为97.6667%,较其它处理组的扦插生根率都要高。采用消毒剂对扦插基质进行消毒处理可显著提升龙脑樟扦插的生根效果,提升龙脑樟扦插苗品质。而使用消毒剂时,采用0.3%KMnO_4溶液效果最好,多菌灵次之,再次是甲基托布津和代森锰锌。
The Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol leaves are the best plant resources extract borneol, in order to speed up the cultivation of C. camphora seedlings, supplement and improve the borneol cutting propagation technique, the orthogonal test method was used to selected specifications of cuttings of C. camphora, and the results of the orthogonal test were verified, the rooting conditions of the larvae were discussed under different substrate disinfectants. The results showed that the cuttings size had significant effects on the rooting rate of C. camphora, the factors influencing the rooting rate were:cutting length insertion diameter insertion site. C. camphora cuttings to choose the optimum scheme: select parts of seed base, cuttings length is 12 cm, the cuttings diameter is 0.5 cm. The test proved that the rooting rate of cuttings was 97.6667 percent, which was higher than that of other treatments. The disinfectant treatment of cutting substrate can improve the rooting effect and increase the quality of cutting seedlings. The use of disinfectants, the 0.3% KMnO_4 solution had the best effect, carbendazim and thiophanate methyl is next, once again is mancozeb.
