摘要
采用价廉的均聚聚丙烯PP040粉体做为基础树脂,通过加入降解母粒的方法,经双螺杆挤出后,制备了熔体流动指数(MFR)稳定的纺粘级PP专用料(SGPP)。考察了降解母粒的用量,加工温度,主机转速对纺粘级PP的熔体流动指数及其稳定性的影响;采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)及旋转流变仪研究了PP降解前后的热学行为及流变行为。
Homo-polymerization PP040 powder, peroxide and other additives are used to prepare spunbond grade polypropylene special materials through the twin-screw extruder. The influence of content of master batch,processing temperature and main motor speed on MFR and its stability were discussed.Thermal behavior rand rheology behavior of PP and SGPP were studied via DSC,TG and rheology test.
